Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within one day of the purchase date all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns and Exchange Policy:
- 1. Items must be in their original and unused condition.
- 2. Replacement for items is subject to inspection and checking by the Gemestial.
- 3. Damage due to neglect, or improper usage will not be included under our Returns and Exchange policy.
- 4. The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and original or copy of the invoice, packing, documentation, lab certification, discount coupon, etc.
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones
- For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within 10 days by meeting the above conditions.
- Note:Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
Return process
- To return an item, please email customer service at support@Gemestial.com to obtain a Return merchandise authorization number. After receiving an RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Gemestial, Attn: Returns, RMA – 999999, Gold Souk, Block C, Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India
- Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Expectations
- For defective or damaged products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Gemestial will deduct the certification cost.
Important notes
- • Sale item or final sale cannot be returned.
- • Shipping charges VAT duties are not refundable.
- • Return shipment is at the customer’s cost.
- • Payment gateway charges if applicable will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit credit card net banking (except for American Express which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards for people these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST 18%
- • Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- • Return will take 30 business days to process from the receiving date of the product at your address please note that the credit card company or bank may take another week to reflect that in your account.
